Back at the start of February, these four absolute

Back at the start of February, these four absolute Legends committed to competing at Hyrox this coming weekend. Tomorrow Cherye & Tenneale compete in their group, whilst on Sunday Sarah & Hayden compete in the mixed doubles.You guys will smash it, and we can’t wait to see you at 6am on Monday in the Locker Room. 👊🏻💪🏻They will complete as a team running 8km in 1km parts, separated by the 8 activities below;1. 1000m Ski Erg
2. 50m Sled Push
3. 50m Sled Pull
4. 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
5. 1000m Row
6. 200m Farmers Carry
7. 100m Sanbag Lunges

NEW BOXING COACH 🥊Hey everyone! I'm Adim "Iron Heart" Fuentes, a pro fighter with 14 years in Boxing and Muay Thai. These sports have taken me through some of the toughest challenges but also to some of the most amazing experiences.Sharing this passion with others is my greatest joy. Boxing and Muay Thai have given me strength and the tools to grow, and I'm here to help you experience their benefits, too.I'm looking forward to punching things together soon!!

Review here 👇Hats off to our LockerRoom team for bringing their A-Game last week.When looking at this never-ending journey of health, fitness & wellness ensuring that we’re training with purpose & improving (or at least not going backwards during highly stressful periods) should be a massive focus to anyone’s training.We brought in the baselines for Winter so we can look back in 2025, 2026 etc. and see how far we’ve come by tracking progress through our Input App.Every season we’ll be updating our training focus so we’re bringing in the strength we build now, into our Sweat & Shred blocks coming up in Spring & Summer.We’ve started our trek towards Strength Summit and the ball is well and truly rolling, but it’s definitely not too late to build a better you this Winter.Our coach-as-you-go system means regardless if you’re a beginner or a veteran, our coaches will help with technique when you’re not sure, or rally behind you when you’re about to quit.Join us for a free LockerRoom Discovery Session if you’d like to explore strength training in a low intensity / educational environment. I FU*KEN LOVE the 5am Locker Room Crew 💪.Seriously, it's what keeps me driving to be the best version of myself I possibly can.My alarm goes off at 4:30 a.m., and on so many occasions If I wasn't rocking up to train with the 5am crew, I would hit that snooze for sure.These sessions test me physically and mentally and often beat me, ha ha.Having a group of like-minded people to train next to really makes a huge difference.Thank you, Team
