Commando Outdoor Boot Camp
What is Commando?
Commando is the Input Fitness 6 week military style outdoor training program. It is intense, challenging and above all it is fun. The program will challenge you both physically and mentally, improving on all aspects of your fitness and pushing your limits.
Where are the sessions held?
Commando sessions are run in large groups outdoors. It runs in all sorts of locations around Frankston including beaches, Flora and Fauna reserves, Moorooduc Quarries and many more.
Who instructs these sessions?
All sessions are run by qualified fitness professionals who ensure you are working to your potential whilst keeping your safety as their first concern.
I'm unfit, can I do it?
You do not need to be fit to participate in Commando, the whole idea of the program is to improve on your fitness, we all have to start somewhere! Each session is designed and tailored to different fitness levels from the beginner to the elite so don’t be afraid of a little hard work, with a bit of effort you can do it.

Fri: 5.30am to 8.00pm
Sat: 6.55am to 4.00pm
Sun: 8.00am to 2.00pm
