| | | | CLASS DESCRIPTIONS | | | | | AQUA: Water Aerobics-Exercise in the water for a non weight-bearing workout. Add Music and you have a great fun, effective class. Suitable for all water lovers. Ability to swim not necessary.
BELLY DANCING: Is a gentle form of exercise suitable for all ages, shapes & sizes. It promotes health & well-being, coordination, strength, mobility and flexibility. So lets get ready to shake and shimmy and have some fun.
BODYATTACK: Is a simple, high-intensity class which caters for all fitness levels. You’ll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises for building strength – Burn lots of calories for a leaner body plus tone and shape your body. MINI BODYATTACK is a condensed 30 minute workout.
BODYBALANCE: Is the yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. It’s your personal “time out” from the stress and strains of daily life – a 55 minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental wellbeing.
BODYCOMBAT: Is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from karate, taekwando, kung fu, kickboxing, muay thai and tai chi. Improves heart and lung function and reduces the risk of heart disease. It also improves coordination and agility and builds self-confidence. MINI-BODYCOMBAT is a condensed 30 minute workout.
BODYJAM: Is a 55 minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. It’s cardio fun at its best for those with a passion for movement. You’ll burn calories, increase your fitness levels – and learn to dance better. Fun for all ages and fitness levels.
BODYPUMP: It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat – a toning and conditioning class with weights. It’s perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout. No aerobics or co-ordination required, work at your own pace. Warning: it will change the shape of your body!. Class limited to first 31 participants.
BODYSTEP: Is a simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting music. Some of the benefits are toning for the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination, and upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength.
BODY SCULPT: Non –impact workout using hand weights targeting problem areas. Great for all fitness levels.
BODYVIVE:A low-impact class integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability and stretching and mobility work. Using Vive Balls and Vive Tubes & optional hand-weights, you enjoy a varied workout that activates and empowers your body.
BOXING CIRCUIT: This class is for everyone. Using boxing equipment get a great workout and relieve stress at the same time.
COMBO: Combination of Step, Aerobics and Bodycombat. Three times the fun!!
SUPERCIRCUIT & FLYING FITNESS: For intermediate to advanced. Boot camp style program.
FITBALL: This class will focus primarily on body stabilization and strengthening, cardio-vascular fitness, stretching and mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
FATBURNER: A great workout from head to toe. Burns calories with heaps of fun and energy along the way. A class for all fitness levels.
PILATES: Beginners to advanced. Promotes balance, flexibility and is awesome for postural control. Also develops awareness of movement and breath.
RPM: A 50 minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Great for toning your legs, hips and butt - Limited to first 35 participants.
THT: A moderate energy aerobic class focusing on the Tummy Hips and Thighs.
TONE ZONE CLUB: Combination of cardio exercise, strength training in a circuit fashion to music, followed by stretching exercises. Weekly gatherings of nutritional advice and weigh-ins. |
