We offer personal training tailored to your needs; fitness assessments and supervised programs reviewed on a regular basis; a full range of aerobics classes to suit all fitness levels, including Les Mills classes (RPM, Dance, Body Combat, Body Balance, Body Attack, Body Jam, Body Pump), AeroGroove, Pilates, circuit training, boxing circuit and aqua aerobics; rehabilitation training;  squash and racquetball.
