Classes

At Input Fitness we provide a huge range of classes so you’ll be able to find something that suits you. Please find below a brief description of all our classes. If you are unsure, have any queries or suggestions please contact Theresa.

For your own comfort, please bring a towel and drink to all classes and allow up to an hour for each class.

AQUA

Water Aerobics-Exercise in the water for a non weight-bearing workout. Add Music and you have a great fun, effective class. Suitable for all water lovers. Ability to swim not necessary. (45 minute class)

BODYBALANCE

Is the yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. It's your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life, a 55 minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental wellbeing.

BODYCOMBAT

Is a non-contact, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from karate, taekwando, kung fu, kickboxing, muay thai and tai chi. Improves heart and lung function and reduces the risk of heart disease. It also improves coordination and agility and builds self-confidence.

THT

A moderate energy aerobic class focusing on the Tummy Hips and Thighs.

BODYPUMP

It's the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat a toning and conditioning class with weights. It's perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout. No aerobics or co-ordination required, work at your own pace. Warning: it will change the shape of your body!. Class limited to first 35 participants.

BODYVIVE

A low-impact class integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability and stretching and mobility work. Using Vive Balls and Vive Tubes & optional hand-weights, you enjoy a varied workout that activates and empowers your body.

BOXING CIRCUIT

This class is for everyone. Using boxing equipment to get a great workout and relieve stress at the same time.

OUTDOOR RUNNING GROUP

For all levels, this class involves different running drills and body weight exercises, the fitter you are, the harder we’ll make it for you! We run from the gym down to Ballam Park and surrounding areas.

PILATES

Beginners to advanced. Promotes balance, flexibility and is awesome for postural control. Also develops awareness of movement and breath.

RPM

An indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Great for toning your legs, hips and butt – Limited to first 40 participants.

ZUMBA

Zumba is designed for everyone, every shape and age. Anyone can start a Zumba class and have fun. This program is not limited to dancers, fitness fanatics or seniors. All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of a Zumba class.

SPIN / CYCLE

Have you ever done a great cycle workout on a spin bike? Seriously, if you haven’t you are missing out. It is one of the best interval training methods when you are looking for optimum fat loss results. Choreography and music chosen by the instructor. Give it a try!
